Twenty steel balls seem to float, like baubles of mercury, before being set in motion to become a harmonious wave of dreamy beauty as the silver spheres fall mysteriously into line, then dissolve into chaos. All who witness our creation cannot help but get hypnotised by its timeless snake-like charm and entrancing wonder!
The mechanical marvel is a fusion of science and art that delights audiences all day long, and has even more mystery when seen at night. You really have to see it to believe it, so here's a video...

About the Pendulum Wave Machine
This Pendulum Wave Machine was built by us, from the ideas of genius scientist and philosopher Ernst Mach (1838 - 1916). Originally commissioned by Enchanted Parks, Gateshead in December 2014 as The Supersonic Space Bending Wave Machine.
